We provide dating and relationship coaching services designed to help individuals improve confidence, communication, and connection. Our services are for educational and informational purposes only and are not a guarantee of any personal outcome.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our website or booking coaching sessions, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

4. Booking & Payments

  • All sessions must be booked in advance through our booking system.

  • Payments are due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • Prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may result in a forfeited session fee.

  • Refunds are at our discretion, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

6. Code of Conduct

We expect respectful, lawful, and safe behaviour in all interactions. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone engaging in harassment, abuse, or inappropriate conduct.

7. No Guarantees

While we aim to provide tools and guidance to improve your dating life, we cannot guarantee specific results, relationships, or outcomes. Success depends on your personal effort and circumstances.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sydney Dating Coach is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, emotional distress, loss of opportunities, or reputational harm.

9. Privacy

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Australian Privacy Principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on our website with the updated date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
